1Waiting for you

Re-reads what is waiting in the cloud. Newest first; ⚠ counts the rows with a blank the reader could not fill. A quotation is here from the moment it is sent — "not read yet" until this desk has read it.

Already decided — open one again

An approved quotation stays here until tonight's run has added its rows to the library. Open one to read it, or to put it back in the waiting list.

3The rows

"now RM …" under a row is what the library already holds for that same item — so an update is visible before you approve it. When the library has it under a name not written the same way, the line says "nearest in the library" and shows that name: check it is the same thing. A ⚠ box needs you: it is blank, or it is not a plain number or a full date. Type a date as day / month / year (15/08/2026) — the page says back in words how it read it. A row that is not ready cannot be approved: fill it in, or leave it unticked.

4Decide

Marks the ticked rows approved. Tonight this desk appends them to the Master Price Library (backed up first) and refreshes what Search shows. Nothing is written until then.

If rejecting — one line why

Marks it rejected with that line. Nothing reaches the library. The sender is not told.
