Search prices → What was this item quoted at, by whom, and when. Read-only. Browse the whole library → Every price by category, by kind of job, or by duty: a pump by flow and head, a fan by air flow. Read-only. Send a quote → Photo, PDF or a pasted message. Press Send and you are done — the office PC reads it into prices. Check new prices → Prices read from the quotes sent in, waiting to be approved. Job groups → Say what each kind of job needs, line by line — what Browse shows under “Job groups”. Nothing changes until you press Save. Tidy up the library → Answer the questions about prices that look doubled or out of place. Nothing in the library changes from that page.Only Elson approves a price. An approved price shows in Search and Browse from the next morning — the office PC adds it to the library during the night.
